When I arrived at the community, I found it to be a pleasant atmosphere. However, speaking with agent and seeing a unfinished apartment with problems that I thought should have been addressed before showing.

The leasing agent didn't show interested by the phone and I would say that the phone call was poor. Personally she was more friendly but I believe because she didn't have anything to show she wasn't interested on my needs or excited about the community.

The community is well-kept and the amenities are attractive. The sales presentation was professional and comfortable. The apartment had adequate living space and was cheerful.

I did not like the fact that I would have been responsible for my own security. I felt that the least the apartment community could do was provide a safe environment for their lack of attention to people in the community. It would have been great to have been shown an apartment, but like I said before, I was not show anything.
