This community has a good location right across from Walmart and other shopping centers. The pool area is very nice and the office staff is very efficient and have great customer service. The floors are wood laminate easy to maintain.

The Property was under renovations it was older looking. The pools were nice but seemed small. It did not seem to offer some of the amenities that other communities would offer. It was in a decent area that was centrally located.

The community was very nice and centrally located in the middle of everything. The major highways were really close and so were the shopping centers. The community is really large and offers a whole lot of different amenities. For the best I do not think you could get a better deal anywhere else.

This was a gorgeous community, with everything one needs for a lovely lifestyle. It offered spacious apartments with views.

You could tell that the community was going through recent renovations, but the new upkeep was shining through. The newly remodeled apartments that they had to offer really speak for themselves. It was a pleasant experience.

The community was renovated, so everything looked brand new from the inside of the apartment to the actual outside of it too. The leasing professionals go above and beyond to make sure that you leave their property without any questions to be asked as well as a smile on your face. I was truly satisfied with this community.

The community was recently taken over by new ownership who made some improvements. The leasing agent showed me features of the model apartment.

Based on the price of the apartment I would consider this property to move. However, I do not believe I would be happy living there. The customer service was not good and the employees seemed unhappy.

This community was on the west side of Orlando, renovated and had many upgrades.

I feel as though this apartment complex was well maintenance in spacious throughout thr rooms inside of the apartment. I would recommend this apartment complex to friends in family.

I was not given the opportunity to see the community. The leasing professional was not willing to discuss the floor plan, even though I received a phone call from Advenir, asking if I was still interested in an apartment. I didn't feel comfortable commenting on property value or amenities, since I only showed myself the pool.

The community was conveniently located and easy to find. The leasing professional was friendly and took the time to find the perfect apartment for me.

The property was very dated. The building that the vacant apartment was in I viewed was in bad condition. The wood panels were missing at the very top of the building near the roof area. The office staff was overwhelmed as there were only two of them there. There were several maintenance personal that sat in front of the clubhouse on golf carts talking and laughing. It could make guests feel uncomfortable. The apartment I viewed on the third floor balcony was in need of repair badly. I would not stand on it. I could not comment on the amenities because I was not shown any.

The community was dated and being upgraded. The staff was friendly.

It was a nice apartment and community, and they were located close to everything that was needed.
