I would rent at this property since it looked in great condition, and I liked what I saw of the amenities. Although, I did not see an apartment. I felt the leasing agent was professional and friendly, but did turn me away because there were no apartments available. She could go into more detail with the floor plan, and ask questions pertaining to my specific needs.

I was engaged by the leasing professional presentation as she asked everything that I would expect and she answered all of my questions sincerely. The community was clean and neat and I saw nothing out of place, the pride was clearly seen. She told me about the area and the shopping centers. The quality for the value was impressive and from what I saw and witnessed the people in the community were nice and they respected each other. It appeared a good place to live.

The agent was friendly and nice, but she was hard to understand. She showed me around, but did not seem comfortable closing on the apartment. She seemed a little disconnected and really did not make any effort to really close. She was robotic and just went through the motions.
