It's hard for the application process and difficult ... I personally had a hard time even if I was sending everything they ask me...
First we would like to apologize for the rough start to your experience at Murdock Circle Apartments. Murdock Circle Management is intent on making your experience smooth from here on out. When you applied we had just began a new application process, the Housing Cafe. It did have some kinks that as time goes on are being worked out; we are once again sorry had to encounter the obstacles.

I love it here, not just for the employees, but also for the neighbors that they choose for us. People are always willing to help and the kids here are fantastic.
As examples, people driving by me offer to help with my garbage. Kids jump to move items out of the way of my wheelchair, open doors for me, and are very polite.

I would definitely recommend this community to friends, family etc. It is well maintained, clean, centrally located to Fire station, hospitals, post office, shopping etc. The personnel staffs are very friendly and helpful. I love the lay out of my apartment....spacious and very comfortable. Only draw back is, I would have preferred to be on the second floor, other than that, perfect!

I recommend Murdock Circle all the time and actually talked my cousins into moving down to Florida and getting an apartment here. I would move my entire family down here if I could.

I found the agent very knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. The community was very well maintained and the amenities gave it the impression of being a more expensive community. The office and club house had a welcoming and warm feeling. My impression was of a friendly community and neighborhood. I would recommend it to a friend.
