The community was attractive. I would recommend the community to others.

The community seemed well maintained. It was fair value.

The community was very appealing to the eye. It was clean and nicely maintained. All of the amenities were nicely kept. The apartment itself was very large for the amount of money that you pay per month. The community was very quiet and had a peaceful feel to it. The staff members that I encountered were all professional in appearance and mannerisms. Overall, I was very impressed with my visit to the property.

The apartments looked nice from the outside, were clean and maintained but appeared lower grade. The outside of the buildings were basic but were in decent shape. There was no litter on the property.

The leasing professional I was assisted by was new. I did not feel they were ready to gain my commitment as a resident on their own.

For the price this community offered a lot. I really appreciated Ann Marie trying to help me decide weather I wanted an upstairs or downstairs place, and her willingness to communicate my concerns to her manager. I wish she was not so blunt in asking her questions, and more friendly. I felt like I was being interviewed for a job, instead of looking for a new home.
