The apartments were a nice size, but I would feel a little more confident about recommending the community to family and friends if the kitchen and bathrooms were updated. I loved the wooden floors, but a little change would make a big difference.

This community offered apartment neccessities and adequate anemities for the average prospective tenant in the age group of 20-35. However, 40+ age group porspectsmay have reservations with appliance restrictions, in particular the dryer requirement at this age group
