Water Bill too high!!
This is a beautiful quiet, clean community. But the water and trash is too expensive. The late fee of $20.00 for water is crazy.
Need my own parking space ! And fix closet doors!
Don t judge a book by its cover the place looks nice outside but actually living there the apartment has a lot of work that needs to be done for the price I pay

The appliances are old, and function about 70%. Despite numerous request for them to be fixed/replaced, I continue to have to deal with them.

There was zero attempt to build my interest in the community, so I was not interested. The leasing professional did not offer any flexible options and honestly came across as if she wanted me to leave. I got the distinct impression they did not need any more residents because they were booked to capacity.

I requested few things too be repaired on my apartment on the same day everything was repaired.

The grounds are always maintained, the maintenance crew is prompt and accommodating. The office staff and manager always answer questions and resolve issues professionally. Best place I ve ever lived!
Appliances don t work. Out dated everything.
Loud, bright, uncomfortable... Can t wait for our lease to be over.

Overpriced
These apartments are overpriced and the leasing office staff is horrible. The previous office management was better and provided excellent service. Maintenance staff is great. Parking is the worst and kids are always riding scooters through the breezeways and knocking on doors.
Kids who live here are disrespectful
I am sick of the kids in this neighborhood riding their bikes and scooters through the breezeways. I have tried to complain about this in the past and yet nothing changes. Just the other day they were banging on doors as they went through the breezeways.
