Too expensive, can hear everything, pot smell. However does feel safe, security is good, staff friendly and professional.

Things got weird when the staff changed. The amenities are great but currently unavailable. The wrist band rule is a little too much in cases where nobody is in the common room. Not everybody should have to have a wrist band if the area is empty. I agree that they are necessary if capacity has been reached. Elevators go out too much. Wayyy too much.

See above. The building is really nice and I really love this apartment. However, I sometimes feel like staying in a cheap hotel. It’s really loud sometimes, even late at night, there is a smell of marijuana everywhere and overcrowded gym and swimming pool. It’s not what I expect to experience for this price

A lot of loud pot smoking people that I’m frankly questioning how they are able to afford a luxury apt like this.

Thin walls are a concern, as well as the smoking (even though it's prohibited)

The dog area constantly has dog poop in it. I have picked other people’s dog poop up many times. I have reported this to Talon. I still keep seeing dog poop all over. Our washing machine does not work well. Juan has tried to look Into this but I haven’t heard back yet.
