I was not given much to go by when it came down to evaluating the property because I did not know what all amenities that the community offered. However, the apartment itself was very nice and reasonable for the amount of rent.
Eagles Pointe offers a pool, fitness center,business center,playground,basketball area, and volleyball area. Thank you for the feedback.

The size and appearance of the complex as a whole was great. The amenities offered was the same as others, except they may want to think of adding a microwave, so counter space would not be reduced. The playground was updated and the pool appeared to be a good size for the size of the complex. The initial arrival at the complex was inviting and made the complex very appealing.

The leasing agent went through the motions of showing me the community, but there were no benefits given and a lot of things were not pointed out. I feel like the agent was doing her job and nothing more and could care less if I leased an apartment there or not.
I apologize but Eagles Pointe cares. Our customer satisfaction is very important.
