The community was clean and well maintained. The community offered enough to make someone excited if presented in an enthusiastic manner.

The community is very nice and a good value for the money.

The areas I saw in the community appeared fresh and well maintained. This made a positive impression. However, since I did not see any amenities I was left with a somewhat cold impression of the community. I was not turned off at any point during the tour, however, I was not wowed by anything I heard or saw. Had I really been looking, I might have leased the apartment based on the fenced in area adjacent to the patio, but there is nothing else that would have made me choose this over another community based on what I saw.
