The community is nicely maintained and the common areas have been recently updated. The community is situated in the heart of the downtown area close to the train and shopping. The apartment layout is smart, and there is ample space in the one bedroom.

The property was beautiful. Everything was very modern and brand new. Even the clubhouse smelled new. The agent was extremely friendly. She created rapport by talking about how she liked her own apartment, and what she did to make it homey. She pointed out these details especially in relation to things I mentioned to her. I would definitely recommend this location if I knew someone who wanted to rent.
