Rent is as much as a mortgage. Way too high considering what you’re getting. I’d say 1200-1400 for a 2bed 2bath is perfect amount and if it’s a 3 bed 3 bath then 1600-1800 and beyond

I would because its centrally located around things I need (food, grocery, business), its close enough to Chicago to get there quickly but away from the chaos, its peaceful here, and everything is new and shiny!
