This community is under renovation but is in a great area and at a very great price for its location. The renovations make this a steal.

This is an ideal location for people working downtown. You can get around by public transportation, walk to local shopping and still have a nice view of the lake. You can enjoy lake front activities, yet live with peace and quiet.

The renovated units were certainly above grade. Assuming a vacant renovated unit looks like the model I saw, it was very appealing. However, the non-renovated units were a complete disappointment. I could not believe the number of scratches, dirt stains and paint over the edge of the cupboards, floors, the bottoms of both the refrigerators, stoves and the bathroom faucets.
