Noise: I expect contemporary construction to be nearly noise free... conversely, I can hear my upstairs neighbor (quite clearly) in conversation if in the bathroom... as if the vents were intercoms.. Not to mention being able to hear ALL bathroom related activities. That's a deal breaker.
Jeffrey, We are working on many of the items you note. Please do allow us the time to get our footing together. You should be seeing effective results already but there are more to come. Your communication is important to that success as well as our knowing what is working and what may not.

Slamming of the heavy front doors are wry annoying. We try to be considerate and not let our door slam. But imagine ALL the doors slamming during morning rush time. My husband works from home, so you could imagine how that would bother someone EVERY DAY.

The problem with the late night activity during the summer is a primary concern to me. I really believe someone should be on site at night in the summer to keep to the ten o'clock rule. I do realize this is because of the location of my apartment, but the ten o'clock rule needs to be enforced.

Too expensive. Not enough value for the price. Too many inconveniences and the leasing manager is beyond difficult to deal with. I've told many a person to steer clear...way clear, of tapestry Naperville. Terrible experience for me living here.
