I would recommend the community to family and friends. The apartments were very nice, neat and clean. The staff was professional and polite.

I felt the leasing agent was focused on a sale. She did not take the time to show me the property of the community, fitness area, or anywhere else.

The community had basic amenities all in good shape. The landscaping and lawns were well maintained. The apartment had nothing special but was in excellent condition and had basic amenities. The washer/dryer situation was expensive. You had to pay $45.00 to the community to use theirs every month, and $35.00 to use your own. That seemed excessive. No community laundry was mentioned so it seemed as if you would have to go with the community's washers/dryers. The leasing agent was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She gave an excellent tour and gave me a lot of information. If I had been in the right income range, it would have been a good option for me.
