Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The community was well maintained and attractive. The leasing professional was outgoing and articulate. She gave a great overview of the community and was able to answer all my questions.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

If you were not interested in a lot of fancy amenities you would be quite comfortable here. It was a small property with limited amenities. What I saw looked to be in good condition. The property was well maintained but I was not shown an actual apartment or model. There was nothing that would stand out about this community but it would be a comfortable place to live. What they offered was pretty standard but livable.
