The property was amazing. They had a zen garden, a dog washing station, like professional grade stuff, free personal trainers, dry cleaning pick-up, and so much more. The staff was super friendly and I would love to call this place home.

The community was in an up and coming new area. It was right next to the airport and the Mall of America. The community was right on the light rail train. You could go anywhere in Minneapolis/St Paul area on it.
We love our location. The IndiGo name was actually created because of the great connectivity to all of the wonderful methods of transportation near the community. We are so thrilled that such a great location, name, product and team is going so very well. Thank you! Have a great night!

Too expensive.
Thank you for considering IndiGO for your future home. We understand that choosing a new home is a big decision and this is a large amount of money to pay each month. We are very competitive with our surrounding comps for pricing and have a great value to offer with our location and amenities.

I noticed there were some low marks pertaining to the survey and the comment of IndiGO being like a hotel. I would love to get some further feedback as we look at each of these surveys to help improve our community.

The rent prices seem to be increasing significantly from when I first rented.

Apartment walls, floors and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear all of your neighbors at all times. Also their are many residents who treat the community poorly and expect others to pick up after them.

IndiGo was a great community. The location was so convenient; it even had a light-rail waiting room with the MetroTransit next trip schedule for residents. The community was an amazing value- rent included parking, a great fitness center on-site and a gorgeous apartment. The apartments were sound proof and residents did not have to worry about noise from the trains or airport. It was a great place to live.

The walls are too thin and the sound-proofing for the outside is not as strong as it needs to be.
We thank you for your survey responses. Your feedback does help the Development team who builds our communities, we are lucky to continue feedback such as yours to them. I trust the office team continues to assist with parking and I know if they can help they will. The condition of the apartment and community amenities were flawless. The staff were very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and offered a good value. I liked the proximity of the light rail. My concern was that there would be a considerable amount of noise between the airport and the light rail. When I was in one of the apartments I could hear the dinging of the light rail, even with the door and windows closed.
We thank you for all of your thoughts on the community. Indeed we have taken all of the extra steps to assist with our location for noise, and that too is a big selling point for us. The airport and the light rail are both big positives for our residents.

I would recommend it for it's modern ammenities, and inspiring ambiance. Clean, state of the art apartments as well. The staff is friendly, and the ones that arent are usually the ones I see dont stay very long. I would not recommend it for its entitled, down right savage residency. The neighbors here are not nice. They are not friendly. They are rude and entitled and it's stressful.
We do appreciate the feedback you have provided on your stay at IndiGO. Good and bad its nice to know for us to improve on for future especially the bathroom. Great ideas!
