Its all great. The grills outside could be fixed though.

I appreciate the management, caretakers and the housekeeper. Amy and Christine are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. For example, yesterday I brought home a new glass top for my desk and needed to borrow the dolly to get it to my apartment. Amy took me down stairs to get the dolly and then offered to help me put the glass desk top the dolly and transport it to my apartment. That was beyond the call of duty. I was very happy as I got my desk top safely to my apartment. They all help cheerfully and Suzie is always smiling. They make it feel like family.

At this community, it was all team work. If the leasing professional could not finish up on something there was another person who would take over.

The property itself was clean and looked well maintained. The amenities were great and I loved the virtual fitness room. That was something that I had not seen anywhere else and would love to use if I resided there. I enjoyed the tour and the leasing professional took great pride in showing me the property and apartment. I would have leased based on all aspects of my experience.

I would lease an apartment at this community. The leasing agent was professional, thorough, warm and inviting. The amenities were nice. The apartment was impeccable.

The landscape at this community was appealing. I liked the fact that this community was located on the frontage road. The community amenities were the latest and greatest. I really liked the virtual gym. What a neat idea!

The community was updated. It seemed to provide amenities to all age groups.

The rent was a bit high for the area in my estimation, but the community appearance and amenities would make it a good deal.

The staff was friendly, and the community was nice and clean. The entrance could have used a better sign and cleared directions to the entrance. The parking out front was completely full with nothing close, which was a bad first impression. I liked the fitness on demand. I have never seen that at another community. The apartments were a little dated for the price they were asking.

This was a nice community in need of a little work on the interior of the units but overall, it was clean and reasonably priced. However, the decks need replacing. The leasing professional, Amy, did a great job of persuading me to lease.

The leasing agent really was enthusiastic about the property, and it really made me want to rent there.

I would say that it's a great place and a great neighborhood to live in. Close to everything with a welcoming community. One of the best parts are the great amenities. Especially the hottub. I know that my roommates and I would not have been drawn to Cityscape without it.

This facility is in a decent location but the staff is much more concerned about finding new tenants than doing things that would benefit the current residents. The units are large with great features. If I was going to move in again, I would specifically choose a unit on the back of the building, as the front parking lot is very loud on weekend nights until about 3:30am.

I did think rental rates were a bit high, and having a available apartment to view could be a deciding factor.

I was not able to fully see what the community had to offer because there was so much construction/updating going on, but from what I could see everything will be new again. There were several nice amenities such as a 24 hour exercise room, a virtual exercise room, outdoor pool, both charcoal and gas grills, and fire pit. The down side was you pay all utilities on top of the rent.
