If I had not been a shopper, but instead a customer, there is a good chance I would have applied. The one thing noted here and other shops are the fees that they charge to apply. I feel that they are a bit unreasonable, but I know some of it is to avoid people wasting agents time. The rent itself is high, but modeled to the area. The whole experience was great and if I run into anyone looking to move that way, I will send them there.

I LOVE THE I-RESIDENT WEB SITE. IT MAKES PAYING OUR RENT AND WATER BILL A BREEZE! ALSO, OUR WATER BILL IS LESS THAN IF WE WERE OBTAINING WATER FROM A LOCAL UTILITY.
