This place is ok and I like that I cannot hear my neighbors as the bldg is built well. With the number of dogs in the bldg- I wish it had an outdoor dog space.

The only improvement I would recommend is the garage. People are rude and throw stuff on the ground, which is not cool but I would like to see the garage swept through more frequently. Maybe once every other week? There are numerous place in the garage that have stuff that has spilt (more than a soda). Garbage around the edges of the walls in certain places. Maybe providing a garbage can at more locations than the elevator would help? That's my only feedbag. Gus and his crew keep the property up nicely.
