Review your staffs email and you’ll see where they are lying/missing/deceiving.

The price is high but does not compare to the quality of life you receive by living here. Everything from Concierge to the Sky Lounge is everything I wanted and more from living in uptown Charlotte!
Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are thrilled that you are enjoying your time at The Francis and hope we get the opportunity to continue to call you our neighbor. Please let us know if you need anything.

It’s 2022. A large apartment complex has a duty to the next generation to recycle. I cannot recommend the Francis to a friend if we don’t recycle.

I would because of the amenities and close proximity to everything. Staff is courteous too!

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

It’s in a great location, the amenities are top tier, the staff is friendly and responsive, and, overall, it’s pretty quiet.

The building is clean, in a great uptown location, and the amenities are kept up well.

The elevator and hallways smell like marijuana. For a non smoking building, there is a whole lot going on. I am hoping that with the carpet being replaced management will take baga of trash in the hallway more serious. Between the pot smell and trash, its hard to call this a luxuary building. I would mention tgese things when referring anyone.

This is my first apartment experience in many years. I am glad I made the decision to locate here.

The parking deck is not always clean, its smells of urine at the exit-entry for the apartments. Trash over flowing, the elevator smells of urine.

I don’t want to live anywhere near people who think that letting their animals use the halls as a bathroom is remotely acceptable (much less the fact that they let it sit in the hallways).

Good amenities, leasing staff, building next to whole foods.

I love this place for its great location and community field

I’d recommend the apartment based on my current rate. I love my neighbors! The only things that bother me are the parking deck and the deliveries. The building has an odd configuration. There needs to be concierge in the leasing office too. I hate walking to the opposite side of the building to get to the elevators that lead to the lobby. I’ve only checked my mail 4 times since moving in since November 2020.
