This community was in a great location. The apartment layouts for the one bedrooms made good use of the space.

I could not comment on amenities at the property because I was not told about or shown any of them. These were older apartments, but still well maintained and a good value for the money. The floorplan I saw was spacious and would give me enough living space. The location was near a hospital, post office, numerous restaurants and a local mall. She was friendly and made me feel appreciated. Based on the experience, I would recommend the property to others.

I felt that the community was very nice. The down side to me was that the property did not let the fitness center stay open later in the evening. The agent said that the fitness center closed when the leasing office closed.

The upkeep of the common areas was acceptable. The leasing agent came across as pleasant. I would probably recommend the community to others.

As a real customer, I would be very satisfied. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The entire staff was outstanding.

The property was average and some things appeared a bit dated; however, it was very clean and the rent was reasonable. It was in a convenient location.

The property was located close to the freeway but was in a quiet area. It was landscaped and quite wooded, making it seem like it was further out of the city. The apartment layout was great and seemed more home-like.

This is a pleasant community and a good deal for the money.

Do not rent from this location. The parking is terrible, there are big black roaches along with they do not respond to maintenance issues.it takes 3 weeks for repairs to be completed.

I loved the community. It was a very large community and I loved the fact that it had two swimming pools, and two fitness centers. I loved the amenities that were offered in the community.

I have lived in Waterford Square for almost a year and just resigned my lease early. The prices are great, the staff in amazing, everything is close! They also have some of the biggest two bedrooms around. Very quiet area no problems with the neighbors what else could you ask for! I have referred 3 people to live here and they love it so far! They also have a big pool party in the summer and all the kids and family’s came out, it was awesome!
