The leasing professional was a real professional. She made ever attempt to sell me the rental apartment. She took her time and shared information with me in an easy manner. The walk around the grounds attempted to show me a life style not an apartment. She asked questions in order to better understand what my needs were and how I wanted to live. She looked into where I had lived and what I liked and disliked about my last residences.

This company obviously takes pride in its property at this location. Everything is meticulous and well maintained. Processes appear to be in place to promote a sense of community as well.

The office sign is quite small easily missed and the dumpster area was unattractive. The apartment had a great layout and was nice and quiet.

The community has amenities that make it feel more like a resort such as the pool, business center and fitness room. It seems worth the high price tag. Carol was personable, and I felt the grounds were well kept.
