This place has met my expectations and it’s a pretty safe neighborhood where anyone can go on a stroll at any time. Also it’s conveniently near a train stop and relatively close to some highway entrances.

I had been living in a townhome prior to this(which I owed). This apartment is so much quieter! The complex is nice, the staff wonderful and the interior has so much to offer with the pantry and walk in closet.

I'm in a 2 bedroom apt, and the AC unit (located in the living room) does not reach the bedrooms. In the hotter months it's frustrating to deal with - poor planning, as the AC placement was definitely not considered! I've lived at a different Simpson Property apt., and the AC unit was installed higher, near the ceiling - allowing us to use the wall space below it for furniture placement, and the air seemed to circulate better as well.

Perfect walking distance to max station. Far enough from main roads so traffic isn’t loud enough to disturb one’s peace and quiet time.
