I don't know anyone, who after I told them about the hot water situation, would ever consider living here. I've had many friends and family come over and test my hot water, and they all agree it's just warm.

People who own dogs should take care of them better, clean up they mess in elevators and corridors, make sure dogs are not barking all the time. So if you don't own a dog, you should not rent this place.
