The community looked nice from what I saw, though the amenities were like those offered at any other property. The easing agent was polite, but did not appear too interested in trying to sell the property to me.

The agents were warm and pleasant. The amenities had character and history.

The community was conveniently located in a wooded environment. The leasing professional was helpful.

I have lived at this property for over a year now and I would recommend it to anyone. Since the new management took over, the property has been well maintained. A new privacy fence has been put up between this complex and Huntington Downs and I believe that was the best decision I have seen. The complex is a little older, but it is getting upgrades all the time. Anytime I have an issue, I am able to get it fixed immediately. The property is one of the safest around and new lighting was recently added throughout the complex. The complex is also pet friendly and is a great place to walk your dog. There is limited traffic noise and there is a little noise from neighbors, but you cant live in any apartment without that issue.

Nice apartments and great location. Maintenance is very prompt to assist with any maintenance issues. Been happy living here for several years.

I have resided here for close to three years. Initiallly, I was disappointed with management, maintenance and the huge rate increase post first year. Our current manager seems to have a genuine interest in the upkeep and improvement to the exterior. The most recent maintenance supervisor is timely with repairs and has great customer service skills. The office staff changes often.
