Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Rent is too high when guests can’t use amenities and maintenance only responds to emergencies.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would recommend it because it feels safe and looks nice.
I wouldn’t recommend it because the construction outside is so loud, and hearing people outside your door or above you so clearly. I know exactly when my upstairs neighbor is playing fetch or wearing high heels, often when I’m still trying to sleep at 5AM.

Don't live here if you care about having peace and quiet from your neighbors, and don't live here if you have a low tolerance for ignorant college kids.
Also don't live here if you hate street/construction noise (But that is out of your control)

I think the price compared to the value of the community is not aligned. People are constantly violating rules and nothing happens. Communication is lacking when elevators go down or there are other problems.

I would not recommend because I've moved in during this quarantine and although my salary was cut, skyhouse didn't care to work with me with limiting rent or even talking about it. Nor did they care to decrease rent when they were not offering the ammenities and other perks of living here that were offered pre covid. If you can't offer services that were offered when i sign a lease, then i should not pay the entirety of the lease. The community seems more divisive than united to me as well since we have not been able to get to know one another as a whole.

Elevators are broken way to much. I can sometimes take me 20 minutes to get from my apartment to my car. this happens almost every weekend.

It is quite expensive. I get a lot of noise from outside. The trash collection wakes me up most nights (my apartment faces the back)

Parking would be the negative.

Great location, safety and good amenities. High rent cost is the only downside.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would, but worried about the increased rent costs if I decide to resign

A few minor things I think could be improved. Timing with the elevators on weekends for move ins and move outs to cut down on long waits and the parking situation could be managed differently to make things better.

Pros- great location and nice amenities
Cons- terrible garage situation

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Parking is horrible, other day garage door was broken and cant get into the main garage, parked in commercial garage and notified concierge. as usual access key got locked and can't get out of the garage so called the guy to unlock it, his name is Steve i guess, he was rude and telling me that he will charge my account since i parked in the commercial section even after telling him that the garage door was broken and thats the reason i parked in there. He said no one told him or complained that the door is broken,. Does that mean i am lying???

The Elevators are not Programmed right and almost everyone bitches about it. My friend is an Engineer and even agreed.
