Peaceful...quiet...clean...

You have alot of professionals in this complex and it would be nice to have a car wash station, one assigned parking space for each apt in the front of the building and maintenance should not park golf carts in those spaces and all the solicitors that put menu's and home sales brochures on our doors should be stopped as it alerts people when you are ouy of town due to a bunch of stuff on our doors.

unlikely based on noice level due to thin wall constuction/price due to poor constuction. And many complaints of having to make turn around at McCallan Pass to get to entrance on palmer

My neighbors are loud and they throw trash around outside.

Marquis is in a great location.

This employee was a very energtic leasing consultant, I would recommend my friends anytime.
