The agent did relate to me a little more as we went on the tour. I felt comfortable and there was nothing that he did or did not do that I would go out of my way to bring to attention of a manager. I was treated fairly and professionally. He did not attempt to build a connection with me or my needs. He did not create excitement about the idea of me leasing with them.

Upon my visual perception, I definitely would have rented. The leasing professional though was not very intent on selling me on details. We walked through the model quickly.

The tour with the leasing professional was nice. She was very informative and professional. I would have leased with her.

The community was in a great location and the upkeep was admirable.
