The staff is excellent, the location is great, the noise level from neighbors and trains can be disruptive.

The trash situation is not something we are used to. Getting home at night and seen a bunch of trash bags around the hall is not pleasant

I would not recommend this due to the train noise, lack of communication with office staff, and office staff/management not enforcing all terms of the lease agreement specifically regarding community rules. I would recommend a unit away from train tracks, the units are nicely laid out and for the overall location.

i don't feel the quality matches the cost, especially with all the new construction in the area.

I would recommend to friends and family but let them know the only downside is the train.

Low cost-benefit, a lot of things missing if compared with other communities around Addison. Besides that, a unit INSIDE OF DOMAIN is cheaper than here.

We live on the backside and the train is so loud. While we have gotten used to it over time, the noise can't be ignored while working from home and taking calls. Additionally, the gates are constantly broken, some doors to our building do not lock, and we were never given the code to have people let themselves into our building. I will say, the location is good, the staff is friendly, and we pay a pretty good price for the size of our apt!

Trash service is inconsistent and too picky with what they will pick up and what they wont.

The complex is safe and nice. I appreciate the fob entries into the building. The main pool is a great attraction. Great location within walking distance to Top Golf and the Domain.

Would recommend for the location and general niceness of the property. Hesitant about the maintenance aspect of it.

I do not believe the apartments are worth the price. For a luxury apartment there are a few items that I believe fall short:the gym is worn, the pool furniture looks like it hasn't been replaced or cared for in a few years, and the landscaping is overgrown and looks sloppy. I have had a few friends that have made comments on landscaping, which is never a good sign.
