The residential makeup has changed quite a bit since the building opened. It appears that there is now more of an emphasis having full occupancy instead of quality of occupancy.

I "would" recommend this property to anyone not because of the apartment itself (its great), but for the star that runs the property

It's a great place to live with great neighbors and a great staff.

This was a beautiful new downtown high rise luxury community. There was a feel of community there with beautiful rooftop amenities overlooking the city that provided a number of places for residents to meet and socialize. Community events and activities were a regular part of the monthly schedule. The community had a 24 hour concierge and an electronic smart board to alert residents to packages and deliveries. The apartments had beautiful finishes and luxury features, but they seemed very small for the price.

The leasing professional was excellent, as were the other staff members I came into contact with. The community was flawless. Everything offered at this community supported the lease rates. I would be happy to refer this community to others.

I was impressed with how attentive the staff was despite being so busy and how they worked well as a team to support each other. The community was in the most ideal location both for ease of commuting and central to many of downtown's attractions. The kitchen in the smaller apartment was very impressive and worth the sacrifice to the living space. The layout of the larger floor plan was a bit awkward at the entrance. I was pleased to see the included washer/dryer units.

The leasing professional did a superb job showcasing the property under construction. They showed me pictures online, floor plans, and picture boards in the leasing office so I could visualize the value-added benefits the community had to offer. They also showed me finishes for the kitchen and their hardwood flooring. While they failed to tell me who their management company was, they created a sense of urgency about leasing soon since they had very limited availability. They explained the online leasing process and properly explained fees due at lease signing. Without hesitation, I would recommend this leasing professional to others seeking to find a new apartment home.
