The only complaint we have is "noise". The people above don't do it on purpose but you can hear them walking all the time. My assumption is that the construction is inadequate. In addition, if there is a security guard and he is getting a break on the rent then he needs to patrol the pool area at 10 p.m. and not just wait for a call from the answering service. I have seen people cooking and visiting up to 11p.m. The email memo I received from the management said the pool area is closed at 10 p.m. This is not happening! Better enforcement is needed. The best part of Strata is the management team. They are all excellent, friendly and always helpful. Kudos to Jessica and the rest. The maintenance team are the best ever.

The best apt. community I've ever lived at. The nicest and most cooperative office staff and maintenance team I've ever encounntered that always goes over and beyond. Best policies and best community inside and out.

The staff is very friendly- maintenance requests get taken care of quickly, weekly happy hours are great, the complex is kept clean. AUM was too difficult to sest up payment with.

Beautiful complex, generally well maintained stairwells and parking garage could be cleaner, but the rest of hte complex is in excellent condition.

Pool hours either enforced too strictly or not at all. Be more consistent so we know what to expect.

Parking could be drastically improved. Residents shouldn't have to get reserved space. Have less reserved spaces with just a few, at the front of each aisle near the door. Also include at least a couple of visitor's spacs on each aisle. Hallways/stairwys could be cleaner. There should be more activities, like yoga. Also people shouldn't be required to have a remote to access the computer lounge, at least not during the day.

Impressed, enjoy the community. Overall, I would give Strata an A.

I do like the long office hours, they allow people to still come to the office for questions or packages after work. However, the entire front staff is not the best at communication and will argue with residents instead of looking into the matter. Receiving packages has not been ideal. Not, they should not be left in front of the door but should only be left in the office if not home. The garage and stairwells are always dirty with an unpleasant smell. The first 6-8 months I live here the elevators would stop working for several days because of the rain.

Overall the apartment is very well maintained and comfortable a few issues: parking change was inconvenient and frustrating. Teh new residents don't have reserved spots. Loud at times, but expected. Staff has at times been a tad rude/unprofessional when responding to concerns or comments.

There is no cell service in garage is one reason I would not renew lease. There are boxes that can increase service that would benefit the residents, its inconvenient for residents and guests.

parking: reserved parking is sporadic, not in order. Driving through teh parking lot is frustrating when you think you found an employ spot, start to turn into it, then realize it's reserved. Wifi: the gym has no wifi. Blinds: It took two months to fix our bedroom blinds. They didn't shut, stil are poor. We didn't have curtains for our 12ft. ceilings or a ladder so everone could see into our bedroom. Our bedroom looks out into the couryard by the grills, two months of no privacy.

great complex. prices are a bit too high but great overall complex.
