When I first called the community, the leasing professional that answered the telephone said said to let her call me back in five minutes, instead of asking me to hold and allowing someone else to assist me. Then, she did not even call me back when she said that she would.

The apartment community was very well kept. The furnishing in the models made me want to stay in it a long time. The upgrades were awesome; I really liked them. The leasing agent had a great personality and was fun to be around. The rental rate was fair for the apartment size and the upgrades offered.

I would grade this community as average to slightly above average. It has the typical amenities, except no business center, which seems to standard these days. The property appears to be well maintained. I judge this property to be a reasonable value.
