I just spent quite awhile above in detailing why I like it here. I have recommended this complex to those who aren't yet able to buy homes and who don't need to live farther north to be near their jobs. It doesn't change a lot here. It's well located and laid out.

I don't think I would recommend it to my friends because they are looking for higher quality apartments and places to live that do not have an abundance of college students living there. If I had more college-age friends, I would recommend it to them.
