I would recommend this community to a younger group (25-35 years). As a baby boomer, I find the complex a little noisey and some of the younger residents are not considerate nor willing to follow policies of management, examples pet waste pickup and trash pickup times. Management is very good about reminding residents of these responsibilities often.

Probably not only because the rent increases are so very high and the airport causes telephone reception, computer reception and television to go down 8 out of 10 times when a plane goes over.

I always try to referr but as I stated before the apartments are too high for them. So I don't refer anymore because of knowing how much they want to spend for rent.
