Enforce pet waste disposal/keep pet areas clean. Provide adequate pet disposal areas. Flooding in stairwells when it rains. Inadequate overhead lighting in apartment. Inadequate sound proofing. Had to provide our own hand towel hardware.

The team at 2125 Yale right now is truly perfect. All 3 leaders in the leasing office are excellent. The maintenace staff is awesome, too. Everyone is always friendly and super helpful. Community can be improved by pet owners cleaning up after their pets.

Staff is very polite, friendly, and willing to help with anything. Rent remains reasonable, considering the area we live in.

Wonderful managers, love maintenance! Everyone watches out for our safety! Thank you all for being so attentive. Only hope is that treadmills get updated.

Overall this complex offers a great location. The staff is quite helpful and very nice. The apartment has good amenities and the lounge area it's very well maintained. My only suggestion would be the chose of the lighting int he apartments, it feels kind of dark.

Wonderful follow through from initial tour to move-in from entire staff but Brittiani went above & beyond any leasing agent I have ever worked with & has continued to help me in every way she can now that I am a resident! Love this complex & the entire staff!

Brittiani made the move in process easy, relaxed & supportive. She takes the time to learn every residents name, personalizes the experience here, and is always great to see!

Great interaction with leasing office - part of the reason we moved in. Good upkeep of apt grounds. Could offer trauma services for residents who get stuck in the elevator. Could be more specific with action taken by maintenance when entering apartment. On several occasions they said one thing and did another. Also not very clear on what they are capable of repairing. Seems to have to "order" several replacement parts constantly.

Love the community customer service & all the wonderful ladies in the office. Maintenance staff is great & fixes problems in a timely manner. Rent is a little high compared to other properties in the area. I also wish there was an emergency button to press if you forgot your clicker & don't have your phone. I also wish there was a system for picking up after hours packages. Overall I love the apartment & staff.

Staff is very responsive and helpful. Any issues that I have encountered while living here have been resolved quickly. My only complaint would be the maintenance of the cardio equipment in the gym. The TVs are not always functional.

Packages would often be logged into the system/email notification sent at the end of the business day as opposed to when they were delivered. Otehrwise, maintenance response time was wonderful and all staff is very friendly.

People need to break down their boxes and not leave trash (eg. baby diapers, boxes, etc.) in the 4th floor trash room.

2125 Yale is an excellent living community. I have lived in many places over the years - this one is far above the rest - good parking; friendly personable staff; clean; quiet; good with fixing maintaining property; nice pool... it's been a very good experience.
