It’s not a bad community. It’s just also not something to rave about.

Apartment management is great. Residents (not cleaning up after pets) are not great. Maintenance staff is wonderful!

Due to the break in and parking I will not. It’s horribld to know your care is not safe and you only get one permit. The only good thing is when you put a work order it gets done

Leasing office manager just apologizes but tell you all places get rob but I lived in Houston for 15 years and never experienced a break in. To top it off This is the most I have ever paid rent to get my car broken into

Discourteous behavior and driving by some of the residents, trash in the garage left by residents, trash cans not emptied to the point of overflowing in the garage on numerous occasions. Attempted break ins to my vehicle on more than one occasion, break ins to other vehicles, lack of security cameras in garage and at entry/exit points.

It wasn't properly planned out to meet the needs of the amount of residents. A key part of me renting here was the pool because of how much time I spend and this is a residential sized pool that I can never get into cause it's too crowded. I can't even park on my level cause there's too many cars so I have to take an elevator to a first floor apartment. I do very much like that It's a reasonably priced beautiful apartment with great staff and several community events
