This community has a natural look of wear and tear but the apartments are quite nice and the staff cares about the residents.

The leasing professional was warm and friendly. She did not have an apartment to show me, but she offered to show me the residence center. I felt like the community was older.

The community seemed peaceful and well maintained.

The experience that the leasing professional demonstrated was awesome, however; the community lacked the appeal that I would have wanted. The community appeared distressed. The laundry facility had graffiti writing on the walls. The washing units were extremely out dated and most of them appeared to be non functioning. The rental rate did not seem adequate, especially since none of the apartments had washer/dryer connections. The pool area was dull and unattractive. Resident had their clothes hung and other unattractive items out on their patios. One apartment even had a sofa outside.

The leasing agent was pleasant, but the community was basic.

The apartment complex is relatively nice especially at the price point. The community is primary made up of college students, TxSU and UH, and young families. There aren't many complaints outside of the loud music that many of the residents like to blast through their car speakers. The thin walls, so a loud neighbor can seem as though they're within your walls in a matter of minutes. And the major problem is the roaches, a large amount of money will go towards raid, although the apartment does supply free exterminators.

This is an older, dated property with simple amenities and basic layouts. Great leasing professionals that are highly knowledgeable and helpful.

Helpful staff, inside apartment is clean, appliances are nice, can find lots of trash liter around area outside and around buildings, machines for laundry are old and sometimes insufficient, parking is usually available but the later it is at night there are less spaces very full

Inexpensive the staff are flexible to work with.

I love the property, but there needs to be an upgrade in the laundry facility.
