The agent that assisted me was probably this community's best asset. The remainder of the staff that I saw were not so welcoming. The property needs to be detail cleaned. The model could do with more furniture and more appealing decor.

The property was easy to locate. The signage to the leasing office was clear and visible. The agents were friendly enough. The grounds were maintained. The community amenities were clean. My first impression of the exterior was positive. The interior could be upgraded a little.

It would be nice if they did what they were supposed to and not leave you out to hang.

Its okay. The management and staff need to do a little better though in caring about their tenants and not just speaking to them when they want money!

The leasing agent did not appear to be as assertive as other agents I have encountered, but the fact that she was so comfortable about showing me and telling me everything she could think of about the apartment made me feel that she was being honest and that the apartment was really something that everybody should want.

it has a come a long way but seen a lot of great improvements. You can be proud to make this your home. Rome was not built in one day and certainly you may not expect everything to be perfect today but i guarantee you the company and great staff have been working to ensure that this be the greatest place to live in.

The entrance to the apartment was appealing. The property was well maintained and clean. The entrance gates at the side of the property appeared to be in need of repair.

This was a very nice community. The curb appeal was very good due to the cleanliness of the property throughout. The large trees throughout created a country feeling.

Makr sure everything is done right before you move in cause ince you sign your lease you stuck with what you got and they don't do anything but make sure you pay your rent NOTHING ELSE!!!!

No matter what we do we can't resolve the ROACH problem and having a 2 year old its the reason why we want to move out besides how old the apartments are and the fact that we report a problem and it never gets fixed.

To summarise, Parkwood Apartments are very roomy and very nice looking. THE MAIN MAJOR PROBLEM, I believe is the MATERIAL used to build some of the apartments, they are NOT NOISE-PROOF ENOUGH. This itriggers other problems with neighbours because everyone wants to feel independent and comfortable. If this problem was fixed then I would recommend these apartments to many people. It is this problem that triggers many other problems with neighbours, imagine doing normal chores are already nuisance to neighbours. You now become a victim of your community as you have to bear a lot with others, eliminating the comfort.

its good but would be great if some neighbors were considerate enough to put the stereo noises to a minimum especially after 9p,

It's a nice place to live and great value for the money. Roomy apartments and a great helpful staff.

To consider looking elsewhere in this area price is great, but maybe I do get what I pay for.
