Overall it's a good place to live but there's never any parking at all and end up walking from one side of the complex to the other once we finally find a spot. It's horrible.

the only problem I have is the rent keeps going up. Last renewal it went up 80.00 and that doesn't make me happy.

I would definitely recommend just because I never had a bad experience here. A few maintenance issues but they were quick to be resolved and I didn't blame anyone for it, things happen.

The apartment had more positives than negatives. The environment is very clean and well kept, but the dishwashers, tubs and ceiling fans need work. The dishwashers leave your dishes with dried soap. The tub plugs don't stop water from draining. The ceiling fan pull strings come out way to easily, which makes it hard to turn the light and fan on/off. I knew neighbors and they had all three issues...The community and staff are great though.

I lIke these apartments a lot, buthe sometimesoon parking is a nightmare.

I did one time and my referral bonus I was supposed to get took almost 6 months to get that extra money.

This was a lovely community. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a lot for their money. The staff was friendly and professional.

I would lease at the community, hands down. The staff was very helpful in determining my wants and needs and helped find me the apartment home that was right for me. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Besides the beautiful construction and quality of the community, I also loved how centrally located it was.
