The staff displayed professionalism and friendliness throughout the interaction. The community offers many features and amenities such as fitness center, clubhouse and basketball court as well as natural lighting in the apartment. The Jack-and-Jill bath to the guest room is an added touch. The property community is near a wooded area, which feels serene.

I'm a new tenant, so it's still too soon to make an assessment. However, I have to say the floor where my apartment is located has what appears to be lint/dust which does not get clean

This property is older but beautifully updated. It has beautiful trees and the grounds are maintained well. There is plenty of storage space inside the home and the balcony was spacious.

This apartment community is a beautiful property inside and out. The surrounding natural landscaping and the landscaping they perform on the property make the place seem far from the city. The interior of the model apartment was wonderful. The layout would be ideal for a single person or a young couple. The community and the city block on which it sits were very calm and peaceful during my visit. The maintenance of the amenities and parking lot is well kept.

It is nice but the foundation issues are really getting out of hand.

I'm highly pleased with the polite, personable manner by which the office staff treats their tenants, the speed and quality the maintenance staff solves issues, and I love the space and style of my apartment. My neighbors are quiet and respectable and I feel at peace here.

Excellent property in great area, well maintained. Management blows off resident concerns about noisy neighbors as caused by "broken sub-floors". Seriously? It would make more sense to blame the noise on aliens! Management told me that the noisy neighbors in question did not have their lease renewed due to numerous complaints.Instead their lease was renewed and when I questioned why, I was told "something came up". I do not like being lied to. At this point I am inclined to leave an apartment I like when my lease expires, just because of a noisy neighbor that management tolerates, and will not look at Lincoln properties in the future.

This property is absolutely stunning with its mature trees and landscape as the backdrop. When you step onto the property it is like stepping into a resort. It is peaceful and just gorgeous.

Overall the community is beautiful and well maintained. The footbridge and the creek running through it was very pretty. The pool and spa looked inviting and the fitness center was very large. The apartment was spacious and had a large patio as well. The flooring was nice and the painting of an accent wall was a nice touch.

The attitude of the staff was excellent. The property was very well maintained and the interiors did not show their age.

The leasing professional was very personable and although we spent over an hour together, it did not seem as if we were talking that long. I felt very comfortable with her.

Overall, the telephone and on-site presentation were good. The telephone portion was exceptional.
