Even though there I issues with appliance, fixtures, roof leaking, and the costs way beyond what the apartment is worth (I would not consider this complex as a first time renter with the costs), the office personnel and location is great.

The community is great, but rent increases are excessive in my opinion. I would not recommend the community because of that reason.

I like the location and the attached garages. I think it is a normally quiet complex with good people living and running it. I like the large number of animals and people walking outside. The office staff could be improved.

Horrible water. Not enough parking spaces. No parking near mailboxes. No hot tub. No way to open the gate for guest without a land line phone. I'm forced into using a certain internet provider because the wiring in my apartment is outdated and can't accept a different carrier.

I would recommend but not without warning them of some of the draw backs that I have seen and noticed since living here..

It's quieter here than it was in the house I owned. Very peaceful. I tell people how nice it is all the time.

I felt Brad did an excellent job in his demonstration. I was impressed with his performance and he covered all bases, even to the point of offering additional printed information and helping me toward making a positive commitment to lease; definitely noteworthy.
