Lovely building.

Zoso Flats is by far one of the best apartment communities. The office and maintenance staff truly make an effort to get to know each tenant by name and personally go out of their way to ensure each tenant is happy. That being said, Zoso Flats is one of the most expensive apartments in the Clarendon area with the least amount of amenities. My husband and i have lived in the apartment since Sept 2014, and plan on renewing oru lease in September. However, after reading reviews and hearing from other tenants we are extremely concerned with the possibility of a large increase in monthly rent at renewal. While we understand most apartments increase the rent at renewal, we have heard Zoso Flats has an extreme increase that is not comparable to a new lease application at the same time and with the same size apartment. Apartment prices for new leases are significantly less than a lease renewal. We hope that this issue is addressed, so that we may continue to enjoy our time at Zoso Flats for years to come.

More community events, please! Severly lacking.

I would recommend it because overall, Zoso is a nice place to live, it's private and it's beautiful.

Love the community and can't beat concrete walls! Staff is very friendly and helpful anytime we have questions.

The building is beautiful, wonderful staff, Dan is so helpful. The location speaks for itself.

We would recommend this building because it is fairly priced and well-run. We also find the units along the back side of the building to be fairly quiet.

I would definitely consider this building. The apartment was good size and the staff was certainly very nice.

The community was nice but the community areas were small and so was the apartment. While it was nice finishes, I would not pay that much for rent for such small areas.

I felt like an afterthought. I was not offered a visit to tour the community over the telephone. When I showed up at the leasing office, I was handed a brochure and a business card.

Overall, this is an excellent community with a great location and great staff. I would recommend this to a friend.
