The community and landscaping was well maintained. The amenities were up to date. I think I would be receiving an above average deal for the money. The community had everything I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this apartment and community to family and friends.

This was a very nice community and the rates were great for the area; however, the fees required for move in were a little steep, especially for persons with good credit.
