I wouldn't because of the noise factor and lack of office wanting to help in certain situations.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback on your living experience! After reading your survey it sounds like you have a few items that are preventing you from enjoying your time here at the timbers. I would love to talk to you in person about your concerns. when would you be available? One thing that I noticed that the overall noise from your neighbors, is this something you would like me to help address or is this something that maybe transferring to a townhome may help. Please call us and we can review pricing and availability. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and hopefully we can speak soon!

The community is in a beautiful location. The amenities look a bit worn and dated. The agent did a great job showing you around and show genuine interest in me as a customer. He did a great job!

The apartments were modern and many afforded an amazing view. The leasing professional was friendly and attentive. She took pride in her community.

I would not recommend the timbers based on my experience with my neighbors. I have also found nails scattered in the irking lot near the garbage. I pick them up everytime and throw them away. I will be very upset if one punchures my BMW tires.

This was a lovely community. It was well laid out and convenient to shopping and freeway access. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Rents are too high and there are no opportunities to socialize with nieghbors

I would recommend for the location, the price, and the space, I would hesitate because of the utilities service we have available to use. (Comcast, AUM, etc)

It's been a great transitional place to live for us and we've been very pleased overall with the complex and the staff. A couple of the main downsides we would mention when recommending The Timbers to family/friends would be lack of guest parking & high cost.

The trash and pet issues. Valet waste is not a service I see as useful and the inability to recycle on my own is a travesty. I understand the pet issues, but the trash bins for them tend to overflow, as do the dumpsters themselves. Given the area and alternatives, the rent is also too high.
Horrible management practices. Change of management hasn't helped.

I was treated unfairly. I was honest with them, always paid on time, complained about problems that we had with our apartment which was never taken care of and was never treated fairly because of a neighbor who stayed at home and didn't have enough to do. I have managed a retirement community with 800 residents and a facility for nursing. We made sure issues were always taken care of especially those regarding safety. If an accident happened when a resident was knew, we talked to them first and helped them to understand rules and if it was an accident, then we let it go trusting them and know "life happens". When we first moved in, I had just gotten over congestive heart failure and was exhausted. I was in a lot of joint pain and getting out of my car, which was parked in front of our stairs, I let our tiny little poodle walk with me to the stairs about 8 feet. It hurt too much to bend over and put a leash on him. He is highly trained and always walks with me. My neighbor complained again to the administration. I told them about my heart issue and pain, which I had a doctors report to prove it, but it didn't matter to the manager. She took the neighbor's word and asked us to leave. WE have not lived here a full year yet.

I'm very happy with the property and also layout of our unit. The office staff is stellar.

I would recommend it because everyone here is friendly and respectful. I feel safe walking around the complex, and there are nice amenities. The only real issue is that our rent is being increased by so much. I understand that rates have to compete with other apartments/townhomes in the local area, but I was very surprised to see this, and the "dog DNA" situation. I thought that was kind of a drastic measure to take, but again, understandable if people are not picking up pet waste after being asked to time and time again.

I would like better shrubbery.

I have sent some of my friends to do this but the rent they were quoted was $400 dollars over what I pay and I shared what I was paying so they when to another place in issaquah

The ever changing rates of the rentals in the timbers makes it hard to recommend as people ask "what could i expect to pay" when you do recommend the timbers. However when they call the prices change on a daily basis. Now I do understand the reasoning behind this - however it does create the feeling of being pressured into signing right there and then.
