Okay but overpriced
I've been living here for four years and just renewed for a fifth year. It's not because I think it's a particularly great place to live, but because it's the only apartments in the area and I want to keep my kids in the wonderful Rosa Parks Elementary School. Otherwise they are overpriced for what you get. They want to charge what the brand new luxury places down the hill charge, but don't offer the same amenities. Maintanance staff is a revolving door so lately the community is not clean. Trash overflowing the bins outside the mail area. Bags of dog poop piled sky high. My hallway area and stairs have never once been cleaned by anyone, it's disgusting. If there were other options, I would certainly take them, but they have the benefit of being the only apartment complex in the neighhborhood. Year over year rent increases are ridiculous too. Thank goodness my kids only have a year left at their schol and I can finally move out!

Location and maintenance are good. Need parking permits per apartment, hot tub is intermittently usable, and my apartment is severely dark! Yearly increase in apartment rent needs improvement (my salary doesn't keep up.) Gym equipment needs better maintenance and need a rent box to put rent in when there's no manager in the office. Need fenced in dog area.

I appreciate that issues are responded to and followed up with on time. Timely and responsive.

Not enough parking spaces. Should be rules so that those townhomes cannot park their cars in the free spots and leave their garage empty, or assign a free parking space to each apartment just like many other complexes do. Rent is already high enough and there is no need for the extra cost, especially when others take advantage/are selfish and there is nothing we can do about it. Also, valet garbage is not necessary. The complex still looks dirty and rents cost even more.

More parking, flowers in pool area, gazebo maintained )paint,) grill serviced yearly, and more tables in pool area.

I enjoy living at The Lodge at Redmond Ridge. It is the nicest apartment I have lived in. I love the floor plans, size, and modern amenities. It is a great community. The front desk is very helpful, especially Shawnte. I have dealt with her from the very beginning of my experience here and she is very helpful and friendly. It has been a great place to live.

Noise level of kids playing outside is unacceptable. I often work from home, and their screaming can be heard with headphones on. Bikes, toys, and strollers shouldn't be left in pathways, stairwells, etc. Parking in fire lanes is out of control and has been for some time. Email sent in all caps does not replace policy enforcement.

The community was spotless. The agent was informative and thorough.

I feel the cost is high for value and the quality of the residence is not being maintained

The parking issue and now the rent is no longer what helps with recommendations

I would love to dis-commend this complex to others. The only reason anyone would stay in this complex is for the excellent Rosa Parks elementary school. I don't see any reason why anyone else would stay here
