The overall visit to this community was pleasant. All of my needs were addressed to my satisfaction. The Leasing Professionals were friendly and approachable. They were helpful and took the time to listen to what I wanted. They made suggestions about decorations and that I could even experience some alone time. I was provided with a thorough and informative tour of the community.

I enjoyed my tour of Beley, the property was well taken care of and clean. The quality of the fitness center equipment was excellent and I loved the view from the rooftop area. However, there were not as many amenities in the community as others offering apartments at similar prices. I also found the signage for the garage confusing, as it indicated there was future resident parking even though there were no available or designated spaces.

I would recommend the property based on the person's needs and location. There was not a lot to offer there but it was centrally located. It was well kept, however, there were numerous stains on the carpet and she said that they would be cleaning every 3-4 months. Okay property for Seattle, Ballard neighborhood.

I would probably recommend this community to others.
