The location is awesome. The building is good. Office personnel, great. It's a very nice place to live. However, it is very expensive and that weighs into the 'value.'

Location is stellar. Restaurant/ Bar/ Coffee options around the area are great. Having the maintenance done in your apartment at the drop of a hat is terrific. Package deliver is so nice to have.

I don't like having to pay for a valet service I had no voice in, and which result in the deposition of garbage into the hallways. This make for an especially odorous experience during the warmer months.

I would recommend this building for the location - it's incredibly convenient however the overall value of the space, etc is overpriced when you you take out the location factor.
