I would not recommend my area of the bldg. based on the gym noise. I know of two tenants on my floor that moved due to the noise but I have recommended 20/20 Mad to two people.

because it's too loud, the parking garage barely has any viable spots in it, and the staff is unresponsive, unhelpful, and kind of dismissive of basic questions.

Though it might be a sterile existence if your a cyber rat. I am an artist so it has the nesting quality of a NYC studio. You can fill in the blank with cool and forget the bean bags. It is positively fab!

The “club” music in the lobby is excessive. Especially early in the morning or late at night. Mainly the cost is not worth the size or quality of the actual apartment.
