I would if more affordable, because it feels safe and is of nice quality but I think it very much depends WHERE in the complex you are living, we are lucky to be on the third floor, near the amenities and facing the reserve.

The Internet is a serious problem. It's a cell dead zone and the community wifi is trash in the public spaces. Also the public spaces are very frequently unavailable.
Hi, We are so sorry to hear about these cell zone issues you have experienced. We have been communicating with Verizon and AT&T to see if anything can be done to have the cell tower adjusted. It’s a place to sleep and the staff is kind but there is no sense of community.

We are very happy with the apartment. The amenities are great but we have honestly not been using them (the gym due to Covid). The only hesitancy would be the rates, but I expect that rents in the area have increased comparably. Also, while it's nice that the complex is dog friendly, it seems as if everyone has 2 barking dogs, and there are other occasional downsides throughout the property due to the incredible number of dogs.

MAJOR DETRACTOR FROM WHAT WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE BEEN A GLOWING RECOMMENDATION, GIVEN THE PROSPECTIVE RENT INCREASES, I CANNOT DO SO WITH INTEGRITY
Hi, We appreciate your feedback, and are sorry that the renewal offer is a major detractor from a glowing review. We have increased our homes upon renewal, to bring them closer to our market rates, but have still kept our residents who are coming upon lease expiration under market at renewal. No matter how I explain it though, it is a big increase and we want to be sensitive to that. We also realize Marisol is not perfect but we will continue to work hard and do our best to provide a world class community for all Marisol residents. Thank you, Team Marisol

It’s beautiful and safe but if someone is looking for a fun and social atmosphere- this ain’t it.
Hi,

I just wanted to touch base with you and thank you for taking the time to complete our recent survey. We are so glad to hear you have had a positive experience thus far, and are so grateful for your sweet comments.
That being said, I noted you had mentioned a few things, such as the AC and dishwasher not performing at 100%. I’d be happy to assist in submitting service requests for these items, as well as the light fixtures being off-center and some of the outlets not working. Please let me know if you’d like to schedule a time for some repairs.
Also, I hear you on the sense of community. Pre-pandemic, we used to hold 1-2 events per month, our office doors were always open, and neighbors would cruise through just to say hello. We have certainly been missing that for the past 1.5+ years during this wild pandemic-precautionary time. My goal as the Community Manager is to slowly get us back to that atmosphere, when legally able and in our best effort to try to make all of our neighbors as comfortable going forward as possible. I do appreciate this feedback and as a resident myself, agree with you that the “people connection” is something we’ve not been able to deliver during this time.
